Perfect location for everything we did. Great house with everything we needed. Three couples celebrating making it to 70! Didn’t realize we would have to go up two tall flights of stairs to get to one of the bedrooms but we made it! We rented a tall van for our trip so it wouldn’t fit in the garage but the driveway was long enough so no problem.

Only 3.5 bath, not 4 bath as listed. Two bedrooms share a jack and jill bath. Clean, great location, very modern. Everything was great except the listing should say it’s 3.5 bath and 2 second floor bedrooms share a bath. Also only primary bedroom has ceiling fans, would be nice if all rooms did. Noise from 17 Ave South is not too bad considering it’s a 2 lane 1 way thoroughfare. It was very comfortable.
